Accessibility Statement

Effective 20 September 2026  ·  Last updated 20 September 2026

In short

We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This site is keyboard operable, works with a screen reader, reflows to a phone without horizontal scrolling, and animates nothing. If something here blocks you, tell us and we will fix it.

§ 1 Our commitment

Skrullz Productions LLC intends its websites and products to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard alone, magnification, speech input or a switch device. We treat accessibility as part of building the thing, not as a later pass.

The standard we build to is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

§ 2 What was done on this site

  • Semantic HTML: real headings in order, real landmarks, real links and lists. Nothing here is a clickable div.
  • A skip link to the main content, as the first thing a keyboard reaches.
  • Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, in a sensible order, with a visible focus outline that meets the contrast requirement.
  • Body text contrast is at least 4.5:1 against its background in both colour schemes — by day, white for the page and black for the closing block; when your device is set to dark, near-black for both — and large text at least 3:1.
  • The site follows your device’s light or dark setting by itself, and the logo changes to its negative with it.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content or function, and the layout reflows to a 320 pixel viewport without horizontal scrolling.
  • Images carry text alternatives; decorative images carry an empty alternative so screen readers skip them.
  • No animation, no parallax, no auto-playing media, no carousels, no time limits, and nothing that flashes.
  • Type is served from this domain, so text renders without waiting on another company’s network.
  • The page honours the operating system’s reduced-motion setting and prints legibly.

§ 3 Known limitations

  • The company wordmark is an image with a text alternative rather than live text, because it is a logo.
  • This statement records our own assessment. We have not commissioned an independent audit of this site.
  • If we publish PDFs later, they may not be tagged for accessibility at the moment they go up. Ask us and we will supply an accessible version.

§ 4 How this was assessed

Self-assessed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA on 20 September 2026, by review of the markup, keyboard operation and contrast measurement. Not independently verified.

§ 5 Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site or of one of our products is difficult or impossible for you to use, email [email protected]. Include the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within five business days, and to correct conformance problems as soon as we reasonably can.

If you would rather have the content another way — plain text, larger print, or read to you — ask, and we will send it.

§ 6 If our answer does not resolve it

Write to us again marking the message “Accessibility complaint”. A complaint goes to the company’s principal, not to whoever answered first, and we will give you a written answer.
